4 medium ears of fresh corn
2 T. margarine
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large microwave baking dish melt margarine. Roll ears of corn in butter, sprinkle pepper and salt to taste, and return to microwave oven. Nuke uncovered for 4 minutes and turn. Nuke an additional 4 minutes and cover with lid. The corn will continue to cook over the next few minutes in the covered dish.
