1 doz. eggs
2 T. pickle relish
½ tsp yellow mustard
½ c. Hellman's mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Place eggs in large pan; cover with cool water. Bring to boil on medium heat and continue to cook 12 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse immediately with cool water. Do not use eggs fresher than 3 days old. Allow eggs to sit 10 minutes before removing shell. After shells are removed split eggs in half length-wise. Pop the yolks out by press on underside of whites. Position white "shells" on a dish or platter. In a bowl "cut" using 2 dinner knives in a scissor fashion the yolks until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, relish, salt and mustard mixing until of firm spreading consistency. Using a tsp. fill each white cup adequately. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until time to serve.
