3 lbs. small red potatoes
2 lbs. kielbasa sausage
3/4 c. water
1 medium onion chopped
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, cut in 1/4's and cook in boiling, salted water till tender. Drain.
Cut sausage into 1½" lengths. Combine with 3/4 c. water in small saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, lower heat and simmer 3 minutes. Drain, saving 1/2 c. cooking liquid. Keep Kielbasa warm.
Saute onion in oil in large skillet till lightly brown, stirring often. Blend in flour until smooth. Stir in reserve cooking liquid, vinegar, and sugar. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, sausage, and parsley. Toss to mix.
