1 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 medium green pepper sliced into strips
1 small onion, diced
1 lb. ground chuck
1 box Rice-A-Roni Spanish Rice Mix
2 T. Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pitted black olives, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet saute onion and ground beef. Spoon off extra grease. Transfer to large casserole dish. In same skillet melt margarine, add rice pkt. contents and saute until lightly browned. Cut the stewed tomatoes into small bite size pieces. Pour juice from can and tomatoes into skillet with rice; add ½ c. water, season pkt., ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook as directed. (Stir once to prevent sticking half way during simmer time; check Rice Mix for time). While stirring (half way through cooking time), add the pepper strips, black olives and meat. Cover and finish cooking.
