Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3/4 Lb. Butter softened... Not Margarine 2 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 3 C. Flour 2 Eggs, separated

Directions:	Directions: Cream Butter and Sugar, add Vanilla. Add Flour while mixing with hands. Beat egg whites stiff and add... using hands. Beat egg yokes then mix in using hands. Refrigerate over night. Spoon out about a 1/2 C. onto a well floured surface and roll EXTREMELY thin... can almost see through. Use your favorite Holiday cookie cutters for many different shapes. Brush with and egg white to hold on the colored sugar decorations. Bake at 350º 5-8 minutes or until just golden around the edges on a well greased ( buttered) cookie sheet.
