3 dozen wings already tipped ( cut )
2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
3/4 c. Frank's Red Hot, more or less to taste.
1/2 C. butter... 1 stick

Directions:
Directions:
Big sauce pan heat frying oil to 375º - 400º.
In a casserole dish mix the Flour, Paprika and Cayenne Pepper.
Rinse wings and place on paper towel.
Dredge wings in the flour mixture then fry for approximately 14 minutes, place on a paper towel to drain.
In a small sauce pan melt the butter and whisk in the Frank's Red Hot
Drizzle over the wings.
