1 cup corn meal (Yellow or white)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 lb fish fillets
1 egg beaten
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil to 375º
combine corn meal and dry ingredients in medium bowl. Beat egg in a separate bowl
Dip fish fillets in egg, then in corn meal mixture. Fry in hot oil until fish is browned and flakes easily. approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
