Kahlua Coffee Brownies Recipe

1 box fudge brownie mix
21/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs


1/2 cup butter
2 cups powered sugar
2 tbsp. kahlua
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. milk


1 ounce semisweet chocolate
1 tsp. shortening

makes 1 serving
4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups water

1/2 cup instant coffee
2 1/2 cups vodka
3 tbsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, salt and water in pan. Bring to boil until sugar dissolves. Simmer 1 hour.
Dissolve coffee in small amount of hot water. Add remaining ingredients to sugar mix.
cool. Pour into bottles. Store in refrigerator.
You can also buy the kahlua if you don't want to make it.

Grease 9x13 pan. Prepare brownies according to direstions, using the Kahlua in place of water.
Bake at 350* for about 25 mintues. Do not overbake!
Make frosting like any powered sugar frosting. Spread over cooled brownies.
Melt choc. Drizzle over frosting and marble.
