1lb. spinach
1 pint strawberries
1/3 c. poppy seed dressing

Poppy Seed Dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine sugar and vinegar in sauce pan over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissovled. Remove from heat, add onion, mustard & salt. Whisk in oil and stir in seeds.
store in refrigerator.
Wash spinach and slice berries.
Pour dressing over salad toss lightly and serve.
you can also add slivered almonds.
