1 pound bulk sausage
1 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 cup rice, (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in frying pan and pour off grease. add chopped onions, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender. wash rice and add to mixture in Pyrex baking dish along with the soups. bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º, stirring occasionally.
