1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. flour
2 med. onions, minced
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkgs. noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat on all sides in fry pan
2. Add onions
3. Combine paprika, brown sugar and salt.
4. Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and
ketchup; add to meat
5. Add 1 cup of the water; stir; cover
6. Cook over low heat 2 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender
7. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened
8. Boil noodles in salted water until tender; drain
9. Serve meat mixture over noodles
