2 c. Flour
2/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp salt
6-7 Tbsp Ice water

Mix all dry ingredients. Use a fork or a pastry cutter to mix to a pea-size consistency. Then add the ice water, depending on texture and humidity it may take all 7 Tbsps of water. This is a 2 crust recipe. Divide dough into 2 and chill before rolling 30 minutes.
