2 1/2 Cups shredded or cubed ham
2 cans of refrigerated pizza dough
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained reserved the juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 pound Havarti cheese, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll each pizza dough onto a rimmed, greased cookie sheet
Flatten and shape into a rectangle

Mix reserved pineapple juice and brwon sugar together until mixed well.
Bruch pizza dough with a thin coating of mixture.
Spread half the ham evenly on each pizza dough; add half hte pineapple and cheese spread evenly over the ham.
Drizzle a desired amount of juice mixture over all (NOTE: the more juice mixture used, the juicier the roll will be).
Roll up dough, jelly roll style, starting with the long side.
Pinch seams to seal and place the seam side down.
Pinch both ennds of the roll to seal.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into slices to serve.

Note; you can also use thin slices of ham. Also, the moe juice mixture used, the harder it is to cut. I cut the juice to 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
