1/2 large onion (chopped)
1 1/2 t. butter
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can mushrooms
6 frozen biscuits (thawed)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat butter in a skillet until melted. Stir in onion.
Saute' until tender.
Combine onion,chicken,soup,sour cream,milk,vegetables, mushrooms &
pimiento in a medium bowl & mix well. Spoon
mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350
for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle baked layer with 3/4 c. of cheese & arrange buscuits in a single layer over top. Sprinkle
with remaining cheese.
Bake until biscuits are golden brown & the sauce is
bubbly, about 20 minutes.
