6 cups diced celery
4 cups diced onions
4-16 oz. pkgs. seasoned croutons
5 or 6 beaten eggs (depending on size)
2 tsp. diced parsley
8 Tbsp. chicken soup base seasoning
Approx. 15 cups water or chicken broth

Mix everything together and bake in a pan placed in a larger pan of water at 350º until knife dipped in the middle comes out clean.
