4 Tablespoons Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 Pounds ground beef
2 15 ounce cand red kidney beans
1 cup Chopped onions
4 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
2-4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic, onion and ground beef. Stir until browned. Pour off excess fat. Add beans (with liquid), tomato sauce, salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat, stirring occassionally until chili is desired thickness
