1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 c. flour
1 scant t. baking soda
1 t. salt
3 c. quick oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal.

Bake at 350 degrees 10 min.
