1 head Iceberg lettuce (to make easier, I use bagged lettuce)
2-4 garlic cloves
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Radishes
Cucumbers
1 small can sliced Black Olives

Directions:
Directions:
With one garlic clove sliced in half, rub the inside of your salad bowl. Mince left over garlic to put in salad. Place washed lettuce in bowl, add extra virgin olive oil, 2-4 minced garlic cloves, olives, cucumbers and radishes. Toss to coat. Refridgerate for about 10 -15 minutes before serving. Add balsamic vinegar when ready to serve. If you put it on too early it gets soggy. .
