"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Brown meats slowly. Spoon off excess fat. Add garlic, basil, salt, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain, but do not rinse (starch from noodles will help sauce stick).I always make 1 extra noodle just in case 1 breaks..

Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, parlsey, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl.

Place noodles in 9 x 13 baking pan. Spred 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 mozzerella (in that order). Repeat. End with mozzerella cheese on top. Place in a PREheated 375º oven, bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
