Ingredients:	Ingredients: 5 pounds white potatoes (washed, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes) Spoonful of butter Splash of Milk 4 Cloves minced garlic (garlic salt works too) 6 Green Onions, sliced 1 medium white onion, diced Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sour Cream (optional) Parsley

Directions:	Directions: Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain, but do not rinse. Place back in pot. With handheld mixer, mix potatoes, a spoonful of butter, a splash of milk together until smooth. Mix with wooden spoon garlic and onions. Add sour cream (optional) and garnish with a couple of shakes of parsley. Enjoy!
