1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
red chili powder
cumin
fiesta corn

The real easy way to do this is use the microwave. Soften the cream cheese, add chili powder and cumin - to taste, my usual is 2 tbsp chili and 1 tbsp cumin, it will take practice to determine what you like. Drain the corn and add into softened cheese. Serve this warm on crackers or tortilla chips.
