3 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. Frank's red hot sauce
1 brick cream cheese
3/4 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in beer until cooked, let cool, shred. Put chicken in a bowl, cover with Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or a couple of hours if you are desperate)

Melt cream cheese in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. When melted, add salad dressing of choice, mix (turn off heat).

Add chicken, mix

Press into a pie plate or some other shallow oven-safe dish, sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes

Serve with taco chips or celery
