2 lbs uncooked shrimp
1 c all-purpose flour
1 T paprika
1/2 tsp last
12 oz flat beer
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper sauce
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, paprika & salt in a medium bowl. Whisk in beer, worchestershire & pepper sauce. Let stand for 1 hour.

Heat 2" of oil to 375ºF. Dredge shrimp in flour and dip in batter. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes in oil.

Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
