Browned Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place sauerkraut in colander. Rinse well and add to large pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry with towel.

Combine in a pan with browned onions and heat. Turn off heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add to pierogie recipe and follow cooking directions.
