3 Tbsp olive oil
1 lg onion cut in thin wedges
1 stalk celery sliced
1/2 cup green pepper diced
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 lg clove garlic minced
1 35oz can italian plum tomatos undrained
1 doz.clams
1 8 oz. bottle clam juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 small bay leaf
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt
4-5 crab legs cut in pieces
1 lb lobster cooked and cut up
1 1/2 lbs Shrimp

(I will tell you when I am good and ready...a need to know basis)

wash clams
in dutch oven saute in oil the onion, celrey, pepper, garlic, and parsley until onion is tender, stir in tomatoes add clam juice , wine,bay leaf,, sugar,oregano, basil,pepper bring to a boil reduce to simmer for 30 min. add salt.
Remove and discard bayleaf add clams,and other seafood and simmer until clams open, discard any unopened clams.
