COCONUT JOYS



1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup semi-sweet morsels


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat -remove from heat - stir in sugar and coconut - shape into 3/4 inch balls - chill until firm about 30 minutes.

Place chocolate in small heavy duty ziploc bag - seal - submerge in hot water until chocolate melts - snip a tiny hole in corner of bag and drizzle over cookies.

Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
