1 stick butter
1/2 c. crisco oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil: butter, crisco oil, cocoa, water and vanilla. Remove from heat and add: sugar, flour, soda, buttermilk and eggs. Beat and pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325º for about 30 minutes.

Icing: Heat--1 stick butter, 3 Tbsp. cocoa, 1/3 c. sweet milk. Add--1 box powdered sugar, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well and spread on cake.
