3 Lbs Fresh Spinach Washed
3 Tbs Butter
3 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil, Butter & Garlic in Large Frying Pan.
Drain water off washed Spinach & cook till Spinach Is Wilted turning frequently.
When all the spinach is cooked, put into colander & press out as much liquid as you can.
Let it cool then chop Spinach coarsely.
In pan heat Heavy Cream & Nutmeg on med heat, cook for 5 min.
Add Spinach & Cheese & mix well.
Add Salt & Pepper to Taste.
Cook 5 min more.
