2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 TABLESPOON MUSTARD
2 TABLESPOON FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR
1 1/2 CUP MILK

MIX WELL.
PUT 1 CAN TUNA IN BAKING DISH - CRUMBLE 8 OR 9 CRACKERS OVER AND ADD 3 CHOPPED HARD BOILED EGGS.

POUR SAUCE OVER ALL

BAKE UNTIL THICK AND BROWNED AT 350º
