7 TABLESPOONS BUTTER, MELTED AND COOLED
2 EGGS
1/3 CUP DARK CORN SYRUP
PINCH OF SALT
1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1/2 CUP FIRMLY PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP PECANS

1 - 8 INCH PIE CRUST
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM, WHIPPED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º F. IN MIXING BOWL, COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL.
ADD PECANS, STIR. POUR MIXTURE INTO CRUST, PLACE PIE ON BAKING SHEET, BAKE FOR 30 MIN. BE SURE TO WATCH CAREFULLY TO PREVENT BURNING. FILLING WILL SET AS IT COOLS.

SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM.
