1 Large Loaf Italian Bread
6 Eggs
Asparagus
1 Small Can Sliced Mushrooms
Milk
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
3/4 Cup Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Bread into cubes.
Cut Asparagus into bite size pieces.
Mix Bread, Asparagus & Mushrooms together.
In a Bowl beat Eggs, Milk, Salt, Pepper & Cheese together.
Place Bread & Vegetables into Egg mixture.
Let Bread soak up all the mixture.
In Large Frying Pan Heat Oil & Butter.
Put Bread Mixture into pan press down firmly & cover pan.
Cook on low heat till browned (about 15 min).
Carefully flip Frittata in pan cover & cook another 15 min.
