1 BOX ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

SLICE EGG PLANT THIN AND INHALF. HEAT COOKING OIL ON STOVE. DIP EGG PLANT IN EGG AND THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS AND FRY IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
