1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. nuts
3 c. diced tart apples
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs. Add oil, then dry ingredients. Add nuts and apples and coconut. BAke at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Bake in tube pan.

Topping: 1 cup brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup c. milk

Cook about 3 minutes. Pour on cake.
