1 1/2 c sugar
1 c sour milk {1T vinegar or lemon juice added to milk will sour it}
2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c hot coffee
1 t. soda dissolved in a little coffee
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and pour into 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 28 minutes. Top with this chocolate frosting; 2 2/3 c. sugar, 2 t vanilla, 2 t butter, dash of salt, 1 c milk or more. Cook to 230 degrees on a candy thermometer. Beat until glossy is gone. Pour over cake.
