1 PACKAGE DRY YEAST
1/4 CUP LUKE WARM WATER

MIX:

1/4 CUP SUGAR
2 TEASPOON SALT
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1 CUP MILK
1 CUP BOILING WATER
2 1/2 CUP FLOUR
3 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

Directions:
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH - PLACE IN LARGE BUTTERED DOWL AND COVER WITH A TOWEL - LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE.

PUNCH DOWN AND KWEAD AGAIN - DIVIDE IN HALF - PLACE IN 2 BUTTERED LOAF PANS AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE.

BAKE 400º - 45 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
