1 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP MOLASSES
5 EGG YOLKS - SAVE WHITES TO LAST
2 CUPS FLOUR
3/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
1/2 TEASOON GROUND CLOVES
1/4 CUP GRAPE OR ORANGE JUICE

DRIDGE IN PART OF FLOUR:

1 PINT CANDIED MIXED FRUIT
1/2 UP CANDIED CHERRIES
3/4 CUP CHOPPED DATES
1 CUP NUTS

MIX WELL AND BEAT STIFF THE EGG WHITES AND FOLD INTO MIXTURE. POUR INTO TUBE PAN OR BUNT PAN.

BAKE AT 300º - 2 1/2 HRS.

STORE IN COOL PLACE 2 WEEKS.
