MIX:

2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1/4 TEASPOON CLOVES
1 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA

SIMMER:

1 CUP PRUMES PR RAISINS 5 MIN. AND DRAIN

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND ADD:

1 CUP HOT WATER

MIX WELL AND PUT INTO A BUNT PAN OR A 9X13 IN PAN GREASED AND FLOURED.

BAKE 350º ABOUT 55 MIN.

NOTE:

NUTS MAY BE ADDED ABFORE BAKING.
