1 CUP WHITE CORN SYRUP
1 TEASOON CREAM OF TARTAR

BOIL UNTIL IT "SPINS A TREAD"

BEAT:
2 EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF

ADD SYRUP TO EGG WHITES AND BEAT UNTIL STIFF ENOUGHT TO SPREAD ON CAKE, ADD VANILLA TO TASTE.
