1/2 stick butter
6 T. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
16 oz. corn kernels
breadcrumbs
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in double boiler. Stir in flour a little at a time into a paste. Stir in milk to make a cream sauce. Add corn and heat. Pour all into baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and spray vegetable cooking spray on top. Cook at 350º until hot and breadcrumbs are browned (approx. 15 minutes).
