3 c Bisquick
1 pound Italian sausage (out of casing)
4 c shredded cheese (Cheddar cheese blends are my favorite)
½ c grated parmesan
½ c milk
½ t dried rosemary

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake in oven on lightly greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.

I like to freeze them after I’ve formed the balls. They can be served up any time you have company. Store up to one month in freezer.
