Flank steak
Onions
Mushrooms
Green Peppers
Tortillas

Marinade:
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon pepper
¼ c lemon juice
¾ c soy sauce
½ c wine vinegar
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon chopped parsley
1 c white wine
1 ½ c oil
2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:

Marinate flank steak for a few hours or overnight. Grill steak and slice against the grain.
Place a few slices of meat on a heated tortilla with sautéed onions, green peppers, mushrooms. Wrap and enjoy!

I warm flour tortillas directly on the gas stove using tongs to turn. If you don't have a tortilla keeper, they can be kept warm in aluminum foil.
