2 packages Ramen noodles (oriental)
Ĺ cup slivered almonds
4 Tablespoons sesame seeds
3 Tablespoons butter
6 scallions, sliced
16 oz. package of coleslaw mix
2 Tablespoons white or rice vinegar
4 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2/3 cup Salad oil (I use half olive and half canola)

1. Crush noodles and brown in butter till lightly toasty.
2. Then add sesame seeds and almonds. Set aside.
3. Take spice pack from noodles, oil , vinegar, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and mix.
4. Just before serving, mix all 3 separate things together. It will stay crunchy for up to 2 hours.
