1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP COCOA OR 2/3 CUP IF DARK COCOA
2 1/4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 1/2 CUP WATER
1 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA

Directions:
GREASE 2 - 9 INCH LAYER PANS, LINE BOTTOMS WITH WAXED PAPER.
MIX ALL INGREDIENCE POUR INTO PREPARED PANS.

BAKE 350º - 30 MIN OR UNTILL DONE

ICE WITH ANY ICING.
