1/4 CUP OIL
1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS (PECANS)
3 EGGS
1 CUP CLUB SODA

MIX WELL. POUR INTO 13X9 IN CAKE PAN

BAKE 350º 30 TO 40 MIN.

ICING

1 ENVELOPE DREAM WHIP
1PACKAGE INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING MIX.
1 1/4 CUP MILK OR WATER

BEAT WITH AN MIXER TILL THICH - SPRINKLE WITH NUTS OR COCONUT ON TOP OF CAKE.
