1 stick oleo, melted
2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
6 chicken breasts
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Put melted oleo in bottom of 9x13 pan to coat the whole bottom of the pan. Sprinkle only the rice from both boxes {save the seasoning for later} on the bottom of the pan. Put the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Mix 2 cans of chicken gumbo soup and 1 can water together and pour over breasts. Take the seasoning from the uncle bens rice and sprinkle both packages over the top of the whole pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
