2 Cups Sugar
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in Large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except boilin water; beat at med speed 2 min. Remove from mixer;stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into two greades and floured 9 in or three 8 in or one 13x9 in pan.

Bake at 350º 30 to 40 min.

Ice with your favoret icing
