3 EGGS BEAT SLIGHTLY
1 TEASPOON VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACT
2 CUPS CHOPPED FIRM BANANAS
1 8OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE

CREAM THESE AND ADD:

3 CUPS FLOUR
2 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON BADING POWDER
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

MIX WELL AND SPOON INTO OILED TUBE OR BUNT PAN
BAKE AT 325º - 80 OR 85 MIN

ICING:
1 18 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1 TEASPOOON VANILLA OR LEMON EXTRACT
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 POUND POWDERED SUGAR.
CREAM ALL TOGETHER AND DIRZZLE OVER TOP OF CAKE.
