1 TABLESOON BUTTER
4 CUPS (24OZ. PACKAGE) SIMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS)

BUTTER 13X9 INCH PAN; SET ASIDE. COMBINE SUGAR, MARSHMALLOW CREAM, EVAPORATED MILK AND BUTTER IN HEAVY 4 QUART PAN. COOK OVER MID HEAR, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL MIXTURE COMES TO FULL ROLLING BOIL; BOIL AND STIR 7 MIN. REMOVE FROM HEAR; IMMEDIATELY ADD CHIPS, STIRRING UNTIL COMPLETELY MELTED, POUR INTO PREPARED PAN; COOL COMPLETELY. CUT INTO SQUARES.
