2 c. chopped white onions
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
5 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup almonds
1 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 lb capellini pasta
grated parmesian cheese to taste

Prepare pasta according to directions.
Drain, but be sure to reserve 1/4 cooking water.
Saute onions in oil until softened (about 5 minutes)
Add garlic and cook for another minute
Add wine and cook until nearly mostly reduced.
Add almonds, sun dried tomatoes, basil, oregano and parsley.
Heat through, combine with reserved water and toss into pasta
Top with parmesian cheese
