3 C whole almonds
4-1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1-1/2 T paprika
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine almonds and oil in large skillet. Cook over medium-low heat until lightly browned, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. While almonds are cooking, combine all spices. When almonds are finished cooking, immediately transfer to a large bowl and toss with seasoning, blend to coat thoroughly, spread on baking sheet to cool completely. Store in airtight container up to 1 month.
